Finally, the environment which employees work in might be a cause of job anxiety. Cramped, messy, noisy and dirty workplaces can usually trigger tension. Otherwise, clean, wide and quiet areas can truly make an individual relaxed at work.

If the region is unhealthy like one with a lot of dust and fumes from chemicals, anxiety can increase exponentially. These areas are health hazards and ought to be avoided. If not, safety equipment need to be donned on.
